Orange County Rehab
By Newport Coast | December 17, 2007
Orange County rehab programs have a lot to offer (mostly because it’s a great area with a lot of outdoor activities available). If you or a family member has decided to attend an Orange County rehab program, there are a few things to keep in mind before beginning. If you’re already a resident of Orange County or California, you may be familiar with some of these items already.
Notes about Orange County Rehab programs:
-Make sure you bring the right type of clothing
The weather is generally moderate in Orange County, but in the winter and spring there is occasional rain. You should have plenty of clothing that can keep you cool in the warmer months. Sandals or flip-flops are also nice to have for walking on the beach. You should consider bringing swim trunks or board shorts because the beach is a popular attraction.
-Bring Some Sunblock
Orange County rehab programs often incorporate outdoor activities and the summer sun can burn skin quickly. If you have a sunblock preference you should bring your own.
-Sunglasses
Orange County is a pretty sunny place, it’s always a good idea to bring pair of sunglasses to your rehab program.
-Mp3 Player and headphones
An mp3 player can be a relaxing addition to a day at the beach or a bike ride
